I know I have probably mentioned that neither Ry or I cook altogether that much. It's not that I don't enjoy cooking from time to time, I would just rather have a personal chef cook all my meals (the princess in me). Buuut, since that will likely never happen, we make do. Since the shop is open till 7, I don't get home until 7:30 at the very earliest and I don't like to have a big meal that late. So it's a quandary somtimes figuring out what to eat. The other night I arrived home to a complete vegetable dinner... with two forks. Ry had made a meal and it consisted of all these yummy fall-like vegetables. I simply had to share since I thought it was such a cute surprise.
** p.s, may I suggest using melted butter, pepper and brown sugar on your acorn squash... if you are a squash person. It's dreamy **
